How to use the Advanced Search
In the text field, you can enter the keywords for the activities, facilities and location you are looking for. For example Caribbean, Conference, Golf, Beach, Tennis, Casino, etc. In addition to our activities and any location around the world, a variety of additional keywords can be entered to narrow down the search for the perfect resort.
Some activities/facilities have been listed using the following key words:
Conference: conference and meeting facilities: the number indicates the capacity of the hotel.
Business: indicates the resort has a business center.
Health Club: indicates there is a health club, gym, exercise room with machines, etc.
Tennis: indoor and/or lighted, clay, grass, etc.
Tennis Center: indicates a full tennis program, pro, etc.
CNN: indicates that the resort is a CNN partner hotel.
Children's (Kid's): indicates that there are children's programs or facilities.
Swimming Pool: (Indoor and/or Outdoor)
All Inclusive: a resort where everything is included in the price.
Ski in/ski out: Ski resort located on the slopes.
These are a few examples.
The search can be for a single word only, or for multiple words. The more words you enter, the more narrow your search will be. When you search for multiple words, you can either separate them with spaces or with commas, or both. The search is what is known as an AND-search: Where all keywords MUST be present for the results to show up (although they need not necessarily be present in the right order).
Not only can you enter any keyword into the field, you can pinpoint activities and regions by using the Region and Activity checkboxes. For a more broad search, leave the field empty, and search on just a set of regions or just a set of activities. These Advanced Search fields are also provided at the bottom of each search results page.
